A/C UNITS/ HEAT PUMP CONDENSERS

Trane XR14 single stage

This Condenser is the new standard condensing unit in air conditioning today, with a 14 seer rating and the new 410A freon. The standard unit cost a little less but are more expensive to run compared to a higher seer unit. This unit has an aluminum spine fin coil that is corrosion resistant and enhances air flow. also has an aerodynamic blade to move more air efficiently and quietly.

Trane XL18i 2 stage

This unit has all the bells and whistles of the unit above, but is also 2 stage, with 1 compressor that has 2 stages. It will operate at either 70% capacity during the cooler days or 100% capacity during the hotter or more humid days. This is not the top of the line unit but kind of mid grade.

Trane XV20i variable speed

This condenser is a true variable unit, and when paired with the right air handler is the most efficient A/C unit Trane has to offer. This unit is a true variable speed unit. The compressor will ramp up and down depending on the outside conditions and the temperature in the home. It will not run with an ordinary thermostat, since it is a communicating system. It will only run with the Trane communicating thermostat. This unit is at the higher end as far as the price, but it will run at the most optimum efficiency. It also has the same type of coil and fan blade as the units above and the new 410A freon.

AIR HANDLERS

Trane GAM5 Hyperion air handler

This air handler is a very nice and upgraded air handler. It has a hard composite shell, and blower housing. This air handler is designed not to bow in the middle and was tested a 300lbs in the center and it held up. bowing can cause a unit to not drain properly and hold water, causing all kinds of issues. The evaporator coil is made of aluminum, not copper, which doesn't corrode like copper does. Also the aluminum fins are a different grade aluminum alloy that prevents refrigerant leaks. This unit also is insulated within the walls of the unit, whereas most metal cabinet air handlers are insulated from the inside with fiberglass. Also has a PSC motor

Trane TAM9 Hyperion air handler

This air handler has all the same bells and whistles of the GAM5 but is also communicating and has a variable speed motor. It also has an EEV, an electronic expansion valve, it is electronically controlled, making the unit more efficient.

FURNACES

Trane Gas Furnace 80% XR80

The XR80 Gas Furnace is a single stage furnace with a 4 speed blower motor. It is heavily insulated and energy efficient.

Trane Gas Furnace Two Stage 80% XL80

The XL80 Two Stage furnace has a 4 speed blower motor while 2 stage heating optimizes fuel use for greater efficiency.

Trane Gas Furnace 80% Communicating

The XC80 has a variable speed blower motor which reduces operating noise and distributes are more evenly keeping humidity levels down. This furnace is also a communicating system that is a constantly monitored system optimizing performance. It also has two stage heating for fuel efficiency

The Aluminum coils resist corrosion and rust. The aluminum fins are a different grade of aluminum alloy that helps prevent refrigerant leaks and increase longevity.

It has the same bells and whistles as the unit above just add the 2 stage compressor and variable speed motor.

It has the same bells and whistles as the unit above just add the 2 stage compressor and variable speed motor.

MINI SPLIT

Trane Mini Split

Mini splits are the most efficient units on the market, some up to 30 seer depending the on the size. They are mainly for garages, Arizona rooms, or add-ons. They come with a variable speed condenser and variable speed blower motor within the wall mount. They also come with a remote that will monitor the room temperature and is the customers way of controlling the unit.

CLEANEFFECTS

Trane CleanEffects

CleanEffects is an air cleaner that connects to an A/C units unit in the attic that removes 99.98% of airborne allergens. There is a pre-filter that will catch all the larger particles.. After the pre-filter there is a field charger that that charges incoming particles so that they will adhere to the collection cells. This is the most effective piece to the CleanEffects system. The cells are what will trap particles down to .1 micron. The cells are reusable, just need washed or vacuumed out.
