AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE

Air conditioning is a necessity in Arizona. Having your A/C serviced can really make a difference when it comes time for your A/C unit to be at its best. Having your A/C serviced can help prevent your unit from going down during the years harshest weather by checking things such as amps draws, run capacitors and Freon levels. Even the small things we do such as flushing out your units condenser coil can really impact your units performance. HEATING SERVICE

Furnace checks are very important. Having your furnace serviced can help prevent disasters such as fires and carbon monoxide poisoning. There are also many Heat Pumps out there. Having them serviced can prevent them from going down when they are needed most. There are defrost cycles that prevent your condenser coil outside from freezing up during those cold nights. One of the checks performed during a heat check is to cycled the unit in and out of the defrost cycle to make sure the control board and other parts are operational. Ultimate Comfort will be happy to help you with all of your heating needs.


INSTALLATIONS

Sometimes its just time to replace your heating and cooling system. As your units ages, it slowly becomes inefficient and can break the bank just to run it. They can also be very expensive to repair depending on the problem as parts become worn out. There are also other considerations such as what type of freon your unit contains as R22 freon is being phased out. New units contain the new 410A freon and are much more advanced and much more efficient to run. They also come with a 10yr warranty. Ultimate Comfort will be more then happy to answer any questions you may have about replacing your old system or whether your unit is worth repairing. Just give us a call. 


MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

Ultimate Comfort offers maintenance agreements! There are multiple agreements available depending on which one yo choose and your individual needs. We will put you in our system for 2 visits per year, a heating and cooling check, and you will be a top priority customer. This program will allow you to save money no matter what condition your unit is in. Ultimate Comfort would love the opportunity for you to become one of our top priority customers.


MINI SPLITS/DUCTLESS SYSTEMS

Mini splits are the most energy efficient units on the market. They are also very quiet and smooth running units They are mainly used in situations where there isn't any space to run ductwork or where it just wouldn't make sense to run the ductwork to a particular area such as an add on or a sun room. Garages are also perfect place to install a mini split.  Ultimate Comfort would love the opportunity to sit down and answer any questions you may have regarding whether a mini split would be right for you.


Indoor Air Quality

The CleanEffects system removes 99.98% of allergens from filtered air. It traps particles as small as .1 micron. so a dust mite is the size of about 10 microns and pollen is about 40 to 50 microns. The CleanEffects system is 100 times more effective then a standard 1 inch filter. It can reduce your need to dust up to 50%.All tests have been verified by Harvard School of Public Health. The front panel has an indicator light that will tell you when the CleanEffects needs to be cleaned. The technician would do the cleaning during a routine maintenance check. There is a pre-filter that will catch all the larger particles.. After the pre-filter there is a field charger that that charges incoming particles so that they will adhere to the collection cells. This is the most effective piece to the CleanEffects system. The cells are what will trap particles down to .1 micron. The cells are reusable, just need washed or vacuumed out.
